Hale O Piʻikea Phase II offers 96 affordable apartment homes for income-qualified residents and is part of the larger 223-unit Hale O Piʻikea community. Thoughtfully designed for comfort, convenience, and connection, the property features inviting shared spaces including a community garden and community room where residents can gather, talk story, and enjoy time with family and friends.

Located in the heart of Kīhei, the community is just a short walk from Piʻilani Village Shopping Center, with easy access to groceries, pharmacies, dining, and other daily essentials. Nearby shoreline access also offers a wonderful setting for morning walks, fresh air, and staying active.

For a limited time, qualified applicants who sign a lease in Phase II may have their first month of rent waived.
